Hi. need to know what software is available to convert my videoclips to fulldome format (fisheye view)

If your videoclips are "standard rectangular" videoclips then you cannot convert them to fisheye, unless for "conversion" you mean to put them into a "slide", something like this:

Dome image

You must use a fisheye lens with your camera. A fulldome "format" does not exist, producers simply supply the video frames, (or just mp4/mov files for planetariums with single projectors).
